We are located on the first floor of the second building on Chennakeshava Temple Street. It’s also known as C T Street by most people around here. This is in the Bangalore Rural area, specifically zip code 562123. Being near the temple means there is always something going on outside our windows. Our office is tucked away a bit, but we like it that way. We operate as a Nidhi limited company, so our focus is on our members. It’s mostly about helping folks save and borrow within the group. The space we have is functional. We’ve got our files, our desks, and a few chairs for when people come to visit. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a local office where we do our daily tasks. We deal with a lot of rural members who come in from the surrounding areas. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. If someone has a problem with their account, we sit down and talk it through. There’s no complicated phone menu here. We just answer the door or the phone ourselves. Managing finances for the local community keeps us on our toes. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change, but our work stays pretty much the same. It's just about being there for the people who use our services every month.
