Our office is located at No 14, 1st Stage, right on the Hebbal Main Road. Specifically, we’re on CITB Road. It’s a busy area of Hebbal, and the constant noise from the traffic is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. As Bhairava Builders and Developers Private Limited, we spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of building things. There’s always someone coming or going from the office. It’s not a very large space, but it’s enough for what we need. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of papers that always seem to be growing. Working in Hebbal means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near No 14, but we make it work. We aren't the type to use big words or pretend we are something we aren't. We are just a local team trying to keep things moving along. The 1st Stage has changed a lot lately, but our spot on CITB Road stays pretty much the same as it was. We get our coffee from the place down the street and start our mornings fairly early. Bhairava Builders and Developers Private Limited is basically just a group of us who know this neighborhood well. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules, just a focus on getting the work done right. We keep the lights on and the files sorted every single day.
