Our office for Bhadra Group Private Limited is tucked away in Basavanagudi, at No.73 on Model House Street. If you’ve spent any time in Bangalore, you know Basavanagudi has a very specific feel to it—lots of old trees and a bit more of a traditional vibe compared to the newer parts of the city. We really like being in this neighborhood. It’s where we do all our daily planning and management. We’ve been operating as a group for some time, and while the name might sound big, we’re mostly just a bunch of people working hard out of this office. The street itself is usually quite calm, which is a nice break from the main roads. We don’t spend much on fancy advertising or anything like that. Instead, we just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of the people working here have been with us for a good stretch, so we all know how the others work. We handle various bits of business, and there is always someone around to answer the phone or look over a contract. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy, just enough space for our desks and a place to have a tea while we talk about the week's goals. It’s a good, solid place to work, and being in a spot like Model House Street makes it feel more like a community than just a business.
