Belaku Builders And Developers Private Limited is based at 13/A, 7Th Cross, Mathru Badavane Layout, Chickbomsandra, in Yelanka New Town. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. Yelanka is a nice area, and we like being tucked away in Mathru Badavane. Our day-to-day involves a lot of checking on construction progress and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. Sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate and we have to shuffle the schedule around, which is always a headache. We don't have a flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. When you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting around a table covered in blueprints and coffee mugs. We started this company because we wanted to build things in our own way. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to put up good buildings that people can actually use. Some people think construction is all about the big machines, but it’s really about the people doing the digging and the bricklaying. We spend a lot of time on site making sure everything is moving along. It’s a bit noisy and messy, but that is how buildings get made.
