Beaver Realty Private Limited

Beaver Realty Private Limited is located at 423, 4th Cross in the Kamalanagar area of Basaveshwara Nagar. We are right by the Government School, so we hear the children during their breaks throughout the day. This is a busy little part of the neighborhood, and we have been in this office for quite some time. It’s a plain space with just some desks and old cabinets for our files. We focus on the local market, helping people find a place to live or a shop to rent. We know these streets very well. Our business is very local and grounded. People often just walk in because they saw us while passing by. We don't use any fancy technology, just our notebooks and a simple computer setup. Much of our work involves meeting people face to face and showing them different sites in the area. It can be a lot of walking, especially when the weather is hot, but it’s part of the job. The office gets a bit crowded if more than a few people are inside at once. When that happens, we just step out onto the pavement to finish our conversation. It’s a local way to work and we like being part of the community here. The bell for the school rings at odd times and reminds us of how the day is going while we sort through our daily papers.
