We are tucked away in Muneshwara Badavane, specifically at No. 37 on the 11th Main Road, near the 1st Cross in Laggere. It’s a very crowded and lively part of Bangalore. Our office is basically a small room where we manage our construction projects. Laggere is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone, and there’s always something going on in the streets. We do construction work, mostly around this part of town. It’s a lot of running around, getting permits, and making sure the laborers show up on time. The office doesn't have air conditioning, so we keep the windows open, even though it gets noisy with the bikes and autos outside. We don’t have any fancy titles here. We just do whatever needs to be done, whether it's carrying some tiles or sitting through a long meeting with a client. The building we are in is quite old, and we’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times. It’s a practical place for us because it’s close to the sites we usually work on. We don’t spend money on big ads. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know we’ve been here for years. It’s just how we operate. Some days the traffic in Laggere is so bad we just walk to the sites instead of taking the car. We just do our daily work.
