Baxter Innovations and Business Solutions is located on the 16th floor of Tower B in the Prestige Shantiniketan complex. Whitefield is a pretty busy part of Bangalore, so getting up here every morning can be a bit of a trek with all the traffic. Our office is just a regular workspace where we handle various business tasks. It isn’t fancy, but it gets the job done for us. We’ve got a small team and most of our day is spent at our desks or in quick meetings by the water cooler. Being on the 16th floor gives us a decent view of the area, which is nice when things get stressful. We don’t have a big corporate handbook or anything like that. We just focus on the work that needs doing each day. Sometimes the printers jam or we run out of coffee, just like any other place. We try to keep things organized but it can get a bit chaotic when we have a lot on our plate. It’s a practical environment. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations internally. Most of us have been working together for a while now, so we just know how to get things moving. It’s just a group of people in an office trying to provide decent solutions for the companies we work with. That's pretty much the whole story of who we are at this stage.
