We are right in the middle of all that activity. The location is good because people are always moving through here. Our eatery is a simple place. We don't have any air conditioning or fancy furniture. It is just tables, chairs, and a kitchen that stays busy most of the day. We start prepping the food early in the morning while the air is still a bit cool. Once the sun comes up and the traffic starts on Bannerghatta Road, it gets quite loud and dusty. We don't have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just a few local people working together. We don’t have a website with a mission statement or any promotional videos. We just put the menu on the wall and let people decide. The address 77/1A is easy to spot if you are looking for it. We’ve had some good days and some slow days here. That is just the nature of the business. We focus on the cooking and making sure the kitchen is clean. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just a local spot in Hulimavu.
