Balavan Reality Llp is situated in Banashankari III Stage, which is a very traditional part of South Bangalore. Our office is No.1746 on the 33rd Cross, right on the 14th Main. BSK is a great area because it still has that old Bangalore feel with lots of trees and local parks. Our workspace is pretty simple and we don’t go in for any of that high-end corporate decor. We just have what we need to get the job done. Most of the people we deal with are locals from the neighborhood or people looking to move into this specific side of town. We spend a lot of time discussing property taxes, site visits, and rental agreements. The office can get a bit dusty with the windows open, but we like the fresh air and the sound of the street. There is a lot of activity on 33rd Cross, so there is always something to see out the window. We are just a small team, so if we are all out on a site visit, we just lock up and put a note on the door. It’s not very formal, but it works for us and the people we help. We’ve grown to know the residents around here quite well over the years. We handle the usual real estate stuff without making it overly complicated. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than expected because of the local bureaucracy, but we just keep pushing through it. It’s a steady kind of life here in Banashankari.
