Backyourscience Research Foundation

Down in Hampinagar, at No 2449/11 on 7th B Main Road, you’ll find the Backyourscience Research Foundation. We are a small group of people dedicated to research, but we don't work in one of those giant, sterile laboratories. Our setup is much more modest and practical. We spend our time looking into things and trying to understand how they work. It’s a lot of reading, a lot of data, and quite a bit of trial and error. The office in Bangalore is where all the thinking happens. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re just a bunch of curious individuals who wanted a place to do our research without a lot of red tape. Hampinagar is a decent area with a lot of local character, and we fit right in. We don't have fancy mission statements on the walls. Instead, we have shelves full of books and papers. Sometimes the office is a mess when we’re in the middle of a big project, but that’s just how research goes. It’s not always a straight line from A to B. We value the time we spend here, working through problems and trying to find answers. We don't try to impress people with big words or polished presentations. We’d rather just show the work we’ve done and the things we've found. It’s a quiet life of study and investigation, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
