We work out of Elita Promenade in JP Nagar 7th Phase. Specifically, we are in building B3, unit 604. It’s a large residential complex, so it doesn’t feel like a traditional office environment at all. Coming into work feels more like visiting a friend's place. We like it that way because it keeps things low-key and comfortable. We have a view of the surrounding area from the 6th floor, which is nice when we need a moment to think. Our desks are tucked away in a space that’s been converted into an office. There are usually mugs of coffee sitting around and plenty of chargers for all our laptops. Since we are in a gated community, it’s quiet and away from the main road’s noise. We spend our days mentoring and working through various projects. We don't have a big reception desk or a sign out front, just the apartment number. It’s a very honest way to work, and we don’t feel the need to put on a show for anyone. Sometimes we meet in the common areas of the complex if we want a change of scenery. It’s a good setup for a team that just wants to focus on helping people without the overhead of a big commercial office. We keep our own hours and just make sure the work gets finished on time every day, no matter what else is happening around us.
