Babumanvar Real Estate Private Limited is tucked away at No-404 in Shanthipura Village. We are part of the Venkataswamy Layout, quite close to Naidu Layout in the Huskur area. It’s a bit different from the city center, and we like it that way. It feels a bit more like a community out here. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our records and meet people when they stop by. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. It's just us and our desks. Working in the real estate business around Huskur means we spend a lot of time out and about, but Shanthipura is where we come back to finish up the day. It’s a quiet spot, mostly residential, so we don’t have the crazy traffic of central Bangalore. We are just local people working in our own neighborhood. We don't use big words or try to act like we're some huge corporation. We're just trying to make a living and help people out with their property needs. Some days it's just one or two of us here, and other days it's a bit more crowded. We keep it casual and just focus on the work. It's a plain, honest way to spend the day, and we've been doing it this way for quite some time now.
