B & M Estates Projects Private Limited is located at No. 1140 on 17th Cross in HSR Layout. We are in the 7th Sector, which is a pretty popular part of Bangalore these days. Our office is on the 6th Main road. It’s a busy area with lots of traffic and people moving about. We’ve been working from this location for quite some time now. Our day usually starts with a lot of phone calls and sorting through various project files. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s just a straightforward office where we sit and get our tasks done. We have a small team, and we all know what our jobs are. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall around the corner. We talk about the projects we have going on and what needs to happen next. It’s a practical way of working. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather focus on the actual work we are doing. The 17th Cross is usually packed with cars, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. But we like the energy of HSR Layout. It feels like a good place to be based. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy marketing. We just do our business and try to keep things moving forward every day. That’s how we have always done it.
