You can find us on 20th Main Road in J.P. Nagar 2nd Phase. Our office is at No. 9, and it’s a pretty standard setup for a small buildtech firm. J.P. Nagar is a nice area with a lot of trees, though the 20th Main gets very crowded during the rush hours. We spend most of our time here coordinating various construction tasks. It’s not a very fancy place; we have some basic furniture and a couple of computers that we use for all our work. Most of our day involves talking to clients or checking in with the guys on the construction sites. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We don't use any marketing jargon or try to sell ourselves too hard. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or because they see our work in the neighborhood. Construction has its own set of problems, like when the cement delivery is late or the weather doesn't cooperate. We just deal with those things as they come up. The office is often a bit cluttered with samples and site drawings. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels more like a community. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. It’s a lot of hard work.
