Avertical Hub Private Limited is set up near Rainbow Garden in Vaderahalli Village. It’s a bit away from the main city rush of Bangalore, which we actually prefer most days. The address is 49 Ravish Gardenia. It’s a quiet spot. If you’re coming this way, you usually look for the garden first since it’s the biggest landmark around here. The air feels a little different out this way compared to the center of town. We’ve got a fairly simple setup. It’s basically just a house that we’ve turned into our workspace. There’s a lot of green around us, which makes for a peaceful environment. We don’t have a HR department or a big security desk. It's just us. Most mornings start with someone opening up the windows to let the breeze in. We usually sit around the main table to figure out what the day looks like. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a corporate brochure. We have some mismatched chairs and a kitchen that always has crumbs on the counter because we all eat lunch together.
