You can find Avant Garde Realty Llp over in Koramangala, which is always a hectic place to be. Our office is at number 83 on the first floor of 7th Cross in the 4th B Block. If you know Koramangala, you know that 4th Block is pretty popular but the lanes can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We’ve got a basic setup on the first floor where we do all our work. It’s usually a mix of us staring at computer screens and heading out to meet clients at various apartments or commercial spots. The traffic in Koramangala is legendary, so we often end up doing a lot of our meetings on foot if the place is close enough. We don't have any of those fancy slogans or a big reception desk. It’s mostly just us, our laptops, and a lot of printed documents that need signing. The building is an older one, so it has a bit of character, though the stairs can be a bit steep. We like being in this part of Bangalore because everything is so close by, from the good food spots to the banks we have to visit constantly. It’s a fast-paced environment and we just try to keep up with the demand. Some days are just filled with endless paperwork, and other days we are barely in the office at all. It’s a bit of a juggle, but that’s the reality of working in real estate in a place like this.
