AVANAYA HOMES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Avanaya Homes (OPC) Private Limited is based out of Mathikere. Our office is at No.39/5, on 1st B Cross in a building called Yadugiri Nilaya. It is a one-person company setup, so it is pretty small and personal. I spend a lot of my time here just keeping things organized. Mathikere is a lively place to be. There is always someone moving around outside. Yadugiri Nilaya is a nice enough spot for an office. I did not want a big corporate space because this feels more like home. I handle all the home-related projects from this desk. It can be a lot of work running an OPC by yourself, but I like the freedom. I do not have to deal with endless meetings or office politics. Just me and the work that needs doing. Sometimes it gets a bit lonely, but the neighbors are friendly. I have been at No.39/5 for a while now. The 1st B Cross is usually easy to find. I try to keep things simple and honest. No big promises, just real work. People in the area know me and where I operate. It is a quiet life in a busy neighborhood. If you are ever walking around Mathikere, you might pass by Yadugiri Nilaya. That is where everything for Avanaya Homes happens. It is just a small local business trying to do right by people. No fancy bells or whistles here.
