Atithi Vriksha Foundation

Atithi Vriksha Foundation is located over in Yeshwantpur, specifically at # D 209 in Platinum City on the HMT watch factory road. It’s a busy part of Bangalore with a lot of history because of the old factories. Our office is inside the Platinum City complex, which is a big place with lots of people coming and going. We spend our time working on the foundation's projects from here. It’s a small group of us, and the office is mostly used for planning and keeping our records straight. We don't have a big budget for fancy furniture or decor, so it’s a very functional space. Most days involve coordinating with different people and trying to stay organized. It can be a bit noisy around here with all the traffic and the activity from the nearby industrial areas. We’ve been here for a bit now and have a rhythm. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, check what needs to be done, and try to make some progress on our list. Sometimes we have meetings in the local cafes because the office gets a bit cramped when more than three people are there. It’s an honest way to work. We deal with whatever challenges come up, whether it’s a computer glitch or a scheduling conflict. Being in Yeshwantpur is convenient for transport, even if the roads are always dug up for something new. We’re just doing what we can from our little corner.
