ATHULA NIRMITI PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for Athula NirmitI Private Limited is tucked away in the Pallava Terrace Apartment. We are in Flat 402 on the North Main Road in Yediyur. This is in Jayanagar 6th Block, which is a pretty nice part of Bangalore. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. Jayanagar is an old neighborhood and it has a specific feel to it compared to the newer parts of the city. We have been operating from this apartment for a while. It serves as our base for all the planning and meetings we have. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time looking over drawings and talking to people on the phone. The neighbors in the apartment block are used to us by now. It is a quiet street mostly, which is good for focusing on the technical side of our projects. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. People usually come to see us by appointment. There is always a pot of coffee going and a lot of papers spread out on the desks. We try to stay on top of the schedule but things always come up unexpectedly. That is just how this business goes. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. It makes the logistics a bit easier for everyone on the team.
