You can find Aspin Heights Private Limited on the 3rd floor of the Sheikh Ali Complex. We are located at 3/6-6 on the 3rd Cross in Koramangala 2nd Block. It is a pretty well-known area in Bangalore, so there are always people around. Climbing up to the third floor every day keeps us somewhat active, I guess. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and folders we have collected over time. We do a lot of planning and coordination from here. Koramangala is a busy place, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. We spend our time talking to architects and trying to manage the timelines for our projects. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes it feels like we are just spinning our wheels with all the red tape. But we just keep showing up and doing what needs to be done. We don't have any polished speeches or corporate slogans. We are just a group of people working in the real estate sector. Most of the time, we are just worried about whether the rain is going to mess up the construction or if the materials will arrive on time. It is a practical life, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them finished. There is always something to fix or a new plan to review.
