ASHWINI BUILDWELL PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED has its office in Yelahanka New Town. We are located on the 3rd floor at building number 971/30. This is in the 3rd Phase, specifically A Sector on 15th Cross. Yelahanka is a bit further out from the main city center, which some of us actually prefer because it feels a little more like its own town. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view of the neighborhood, which is mostly residential and quite green compared to other parts of Bangalore. We handle various buildwell projects, so our daily routine involves a lot of coordination and planning. The office isn't overly decorated; it is just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of project files. We try to keep things simple and honest here. If there is a problem with a project, we talk about it directly and try to find a fix without a lot of fuss. Our team is a mix of people who have lived in Yelahanka for years and some who commute in. We don't really go for the corporate lifestyle. We are more comfortable in our casual clothes, drinking tea and making sure our project timelines are being met. The 15th Cross area is a decent place to work from, and having the office in the 3rd Phase means we are close to where a lot of the local growth is happening.
