Our place is at No.19 on the 3rd Floor of the Omkar Industrial Estate. It’s located at the 9th Mile on Tumkur Road in Nagasandra. ASHWAROODAYA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED has been here for a while. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. Trucks coming in and out, people moving materials—it’s a working environment. We fit right in because construction is what we do. Bangalore-560073 is a bit further out from the main city center, which we actually prefer. It gives us a bit more room to breathe. The 3rd floor gives us a decent view of the road, though mostly we just see the traffic on Tumkur Road. We are a straightforward group of people. ASHWAROODAYA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED doesn’t go in for big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects. We deal with the daily grind of managing sites and making sure the supplies show up on time. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather in Karnataka gets rough.
