We operate out of the first floor of Bhavanam'S Paradise, which is at No. 16/2 in the Munireddy Layout of Mahadevapura. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, 560048. Being a hospital, things never really stop around here. There is always someone coming in or out. The first floor gets a lot of foot traffic, so the floors stay a bit scuffed no matter how much they get cleaned. We have a mix of staff who have been here for years and some newer faces too. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have high-end art on the walls or anything like that. We have medical posters and signs telling people where to go. The daily routine is a lot of checking in patients, moving equipment, and making sure the doctors have what they need for their rounds. Sometimes the waiting area gets full and it’s a bit noisy, but we try to keep things moving. We deal with all sorts of medical situations every day. It’s not always easy, and some shifts feel longer than others. We just try to stay focused on the task at hand. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just about looking after the people who walk through the door and making sure the hospital stays running properly through the night and day. We just take it one patient at a time and do what we can for everyone.
