We are Arvat Realty India and our main spot is out at No 49/2 in S Medihalli. Since we are in Bangalore Rural, it is a bit of a trek from the main city center, but it’s a lot quieter out here. The address has Bangalore written three times on the official papers for some reason, which always makes us laugh a little when we see it. Being in the 562107 zip code means we see a lot more open land and greenery than the folks working in the middle of town. Our office isn’t anything too grand, just a functional space where we keep our records and meet with people interested in the local plots. We mostly deal with land and housing stuff in this specific stretch of the rural district. The commute out here can be long if you are coming from the city, but we like the pace. It’s a lot of walking around outside, checking boundaries, and talking to the local folks about who owns what. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, it is just us managing the day-to-day operations. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the location, so we end up doing a lot of things the old-fashioned way with paper and pens. It feels more honest that way, honestly. We have been working around Medihalli for a bit and we have seen how the area is slowly starting to get more attention from people wanting to move out of the crowded city.
