Artup Leadership Consulting (Opc)Private Limited operates out of Elan Homes. We are specifically in the Raxton Block, unit 002. It’s right on Sarjapur Main Road, near Kaikondrahalli. Since it is an One Person Company, it is a very tight operation. We spend most of our time talking about leadership and how to manage people better. The office is basically a ground floor apartment that we converted. It has a small sitting area and a desk where most of the paperwork happens. The walls are painted a plain white and we have a few plants that probably need more water than they get. Sarjapur Road is always under some kind of construction, so it can get dusty if we leave the windows open. We mostly work with individuals or small teams who want to improve how they lead. There are no fancy speeches or high-tech presentations here. Just honest conversations about the workplace. We use a lot of sticky notes on the walls to map out ideas. The neighbors in Elan Homes are mostly families, so it feels very grounded. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. It is a practical way to run a consulting business without all the overhead of a downtown office. We like the convenience of being near the main road, even with the traffic. It’s just us here, doing the work day in and day out. We just keep things simple.
