About Artsparks Foundation – Charity & Non Profit Organisations in Bengaluru Urban
Artsparks Foundation is tucked away in 4th Block, Koramangala, at a place called Aavishkar on 5th Cross. It’s a nice, leafy part of the neighborhood, much quieter than the main roads where all the malls are. Our house number is 785. We use this space to work on all our creative projects and plan out what we are doing with the kids. It’s not your typical office. There’s usually art supplies scattered around and sketches pinned to the walls. We don't really like the sterile feel of those big glass buildings. Here, it feels more like a workshop or a home. We spend a lot of our time thinking about how to get people to see things differently through art. Sometimes it’s messy, and sometimes we run out of space, but we make it work. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to cleaning up after a project. We’ve been here for a while now and the locals know us. It’s a good spot because we can actually hear the birds instead of just traffic all day. We aren't trying to be some big, famous institution. We just want to keep doing our work and helping people find their creative side in a practical way. If you walk past, you might see us through the window just sitting around a big table talking.
