Our place is on the third floor of No.1515, right there on the 34th Cross in HBR Layout. It’s the 1st Stage, 5th Block area. Artdizire Builders & Developers Private Limited is a bit of a mouthful for a name, but we’ve been here for a while. We do a mix of building new places and developing land for others. HBR Layout has changed so much since we first started. It used to be much quieter, but now there are buildings going up on almost every corner. We try to stay busy with the local projects. Our office isn't very large, and it's usually filled with rolls of plans and empty tea cups. We don't go in for fancy marketing or polished commercials. We mostly talk to people directly and work through our reputation. If you walk up to the third floor, you'll find us working away on the latest project details. Construction in Bangalore is always a bit of a gamble with the weather and the permits, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. We aren't saying we are the best or anything like that, we just do the work that’s in front of us. Most of our days are spent on the phone with vendors or out at a site checking on the walls and the levels. We’ve lived and worked in this part of Bangalore for a long time, so we know the local streets and the people well. It’s a straightforward business for us.
