Artburt Lifespaces Private Limited. Our office is located at 155, 3rd Main, Nrupathunga Nagar on Kothnoor Road. It’s a residential part of Bangalore, which suits us just fine. We focus on lifespaces, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about how people live and what kind of buildings they need. The office is pretty simple. We have some drawings on the walls and a lot of binders full of project details. It isn't a high-rise office with a view, just a regular place on a regular street. Kothnoor Road has its own pace. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for a while. We know each other's habits and how we like our coffee. There is no corporate manual for how we talk to people. We just speak like we do at home. Dealing with housing and spaces involves a lot of small details that can be annoying sometimes. We spend hours on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out why a delivery is late. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we do. We try to stay organized but sometimes the desk gets buried under blueprints. That’s just part of the job. People in the neighborhood know us and we like being part of the local community here. We just show up and do our bit every day. It's a living, breathing place to work and grow.
