HBR Layout is where we have set up our office. Specifically, we are on the 4th Main in Kalyan Nagar at number 14. This part of Bangalore is always busy, so there is constant noise from the street traffic outside. We mostly handle different types of infra projects. Our office is a regular building without any fancy decorations or signs. Inside, you will mostly see desks, computers, and stacks of project files piled up. We spend the majority of our time out in the field. There is a lot of driving involved to get to the various sites scattered across the city. The traffic can be a real nightmare, especially when we are trying to get back in the evenings. We are a small team and everyone knows everyone else’s business. It is not a very formal environment here. We usually just wear casual clothes unless we have to go to a big meeting with officials. We focus on getting the work done and don't worry too much about the rest. We do not have a marketing budget or a sales team. People usually find us because someone else told them about our work. It is a very practical way to run things and it suits us fine. We like keeping it simple and being part of the local community. It makes the long days feel a bit more worth it.
