Aromatic Roy'S Classic Kitchen Private Limited

Our kitchen is set up at 162/B on the Whitefield Main Road, specifically near the 4th Cross on Borewell Road. If you know the Giddens Kingston area, you know how busy it can get around here. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we’ve seen the whole neighborhood change as more big buildings went up. We’ve stayed pretty much the same, though. We spend our days in the kitchen, dealing with the heat and the constant rush of orders. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear aprons that usually have some stains on them, and we talk loudly over the sound of the exhaust fans. We don't have any big speeches about our values or our vision. We just want to get the cooking done and make sure the kitchen stays clean. It’s a lot of hard, physical work. We prep everything by hand, and there’s always a pile of dishes waiting in the sink. The staff here is like a small family; we’ve been through a lot of busy weekends together. Sometimes things get a bit stressful when a lot of orders come in at once, but we just put our heads down and keep moving. Whitefield is a fast-paced place, but we try to keep our focus on what’s happening on our own stoves. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living for all of us.
