Our office is over at No 23A in Nagashettyhalli, right opposite the 7th C in RMV 2nd Stage. ARKHAM ENGINEERS AND CONTRACTORS PRIVATE LIMITED has been around for a bit, and we mostly focus on engineering and contracting jobs. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time at the NS Halli location, just making sure everything is running right. Engineering sounds fancy, but most of our day is spent dealing with very practical problems like drainage, structural stuff, or fixing things that didn’t go right the first time. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. There’s no hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where it’s needed. Sometimes we are stuck in the office doing calculations, and other times we are out in the mud. That’s just the life of a contractor in Bangalore. The 560094 area is our home base, and we like it here. It’s not as chaotic as the city center, but it’s still busy enough. We don't spend money on big ads. Usually, people find us because they saw one of our signs at a construction site or heard about us from a friend. We try to be fair with our prices and honest about how long a job will actually take. It’s about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. We've been at K No 344A on 1st Main for years.
