You can find us in Banashankari 2nd Stage. Arkavathi Townships Private Limited has its office at No 41 on the 4th Cross. We are right across from the Kamakya Layout bus depot. It is a very easy spot to find because of the buses. Being near the depot means there is always something happening outside. We work on township projects and land development. It is a lot of coordination with different departments. Our office is a simple place where we keep our maps and site plans. We have been in this part of Bangalore for a good amount of time. The team is small and we all know each other well. We don't really go for the high-end office look. It is more about having a place to meet and talk about the current projects. Sometimes the noise from the bus depot can be a bit much, but you get used to it. We spend a lot of our hours looking at plots of land and figuring out the best way to lay things out. It is practical work. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local township company doing our thing in the city. If you are waiting for a bus at Kamakya, you are probably looking right at our street.
