We’re based out of G.M. Pearl, at No. 06. This is in the 1st Stage and 1st Phase of BTM Layout. It’s a lively part of Bangalore, always full of movement. Architevo Developers Private Limited is a small outfit, and we like it that way. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage our daily operations. It’s not one of those places with a fancy lobby or free snacks. We just have our desks, our computers, and plenty of files. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm. The traffic in BTM can be a real headache, so we usually try to get in early to beat the rush. There’s a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We don't spend much on advertising or making things look pretty. We’d rather just do the work. If you drop by, you might find us debating over a set of drawings or catching up on emails. It’s a very practical environment. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit loud, but it keeps us cool during the hotter months. We’ve stayed in BTM because it’s a convenient location for our team. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place, which matches how we like to operate. We just take things as they come.
