Aramane Sugars Private Limited

Our business is based in Chamarajpet at A/30 on S. K. Road. This is one of the older parts of Bangalore, and you can really feel that history when you walk down the street. We’ve been working out of this building for quite some time now. We deal with sugar, so our days are filled with logistics, paperwork, and making sure the inventory is moving correctly. It’s not a very glamorous job. The office is usually a bit dusty, and there are stacks of ledgers everywhere you look. We don’t have a human resources department or a fancy corporate lounge. We just have a few desks and a small area where we keep our samples. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and people shouting, but we’ve grown to like the energy of it. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and distributors. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the narrow Chamarajpet lanes, and we have to go out and help them navigate the turns. It’s all part of the daily routine for us. We have tea together every afternoon around four, and that’s when we talk about everything except work. We are just a group of regular people trying to run a steady business in the 560018 area. We don't need anything more than that to be satisfied with what we do each day. It’s just how things go here.
