Appa Education And Research Foundation

Appa Education And Research Foundation is based out of Flat No 005 in the Ambika Avenue Apartment building. It’s located in the 560035 area of Bengaluru. It’s not a big fancy office building, just a regular apartment space on the ground floor where we handle all the foundation's research and paperwork. Living and working in an apartment complex means we see the same neighbors every day and deal with the usual residential stuff, like the gate security and the occasional water tanker coming in. The flat itself is pretty quiet, which is good when you’re trying to focus on education-related tasks. Being in this part of Bangalore, near the Sarjapur side of things, means the traffic outside is always a factor, but inside Ambika Avenue, it stays fairly calm. We don't have a big staff or any corporate polish here. It’s mostly just a couple of desks pushed together and some shelves full of files. People usually call us first before dropping by because finding the right block in an apartment can be a bit confusing for new visitors. We like being in a residential area because it feels more grounded and real. There aren’t any flashing signs or banners outside our door. We just have our small nameplate and the work we do every day. It’s a simple setup that works for us, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. It is a very normal place to do our research.
