Our small office is located at NO 27 on the 4th CROSS in Mathikere. APOORVA INTER-CON PRIVATE LIMITED is where we run our construction and interior work from. We are right in the Brundavan SBM Colony area. It’s a nice neighborhood, and we’ve done quite a bit of work on the houses and shops nearby. Most of the time, you’ll find us on 8th MAIN, moving from one job site to another. We do everything from basic renovations to bigger builds. It’s just a few of us running the show, so we’re always busy. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy sales team. We just rely on doing decent work so people tell their friends about us. Sometimes the work is exhausting, especially with the heat and the constant noise, but we’re used to it. We keep our operations pretty simple. No corporate jargon or complicated contracts that nobody understands. We just talk to our customers like neighbors because that’s what they are. Bangalore is a big city, but in Mathikere, things feel a bit more local. We like being able to walk to our projects sometimes. Our goal is just to keep working and make sure each project is finished properly before we move on to the next one. It’s a steady life and we’re happy with it. We have been part of the 560054 community for a long time.
