APG PREMIUM RESIDENTIAL PRIVATE LIMITED

APG Premium Residential Private Limited is located on the second floor of the Embassy Icon Annexe on Infantry Road. This part of Bangalore is very central and always busy. There are plenty of big offices around us, but we try to keep our space feeling a bit more personal. It is 2/1 in the annexe, so it takes a minute to find the right entrance if you haven't been here before. The street outside is usually jammed with cars, and you can hear the city humming all day long. Inside, we have a setup that works for a small team. We have some chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out our residential plans. It is not an overly fancy place, despite the name of the building. We focus on the work rather than having expensive art on the walls. We have a lot of folders and binders stacked up on the shelves. People come in to discuss their homes and we just talk like regular people do. There is no pressure or high-level sales talk here. We just show what we have and explain the details. Being in the 560001 area means we are close to everything, which is handy. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It is a solid place to work from, and it keeps us right in the heart of the city's residential development.
