We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of maps of the Bangalore South area pinned up. We don't really go in for fancy mission statements or polished marketing pitches. We just focus on the technicalities of real estate and making sure the paperwork is done correctly for every project. The KIADB area is always busy with people coming and going, so there is a lot of energy around the park. We work with a variety of property types, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Most of the time, we are just coordinating between different parties and checking on site developments. It’s a solid, practical place to work, and we appreciate being right in the middle of such a productive zone. We’ve been operating from JBR Tech Park for a while now, and it serves us well for the kind of property work we do every day. It's a good spot for us to be.
