ANUSHTHANAM CONSTRUCTIONS AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located in the B.J Arcade, which is at No 582 on CBI Road in RT Nagar. We are up on the third floor. It’s a busy part of town with plenty of shops and people moving around. We’ve been operating Anushthanam Constructions and Services from here for some time. We do a mix of construction work and other related services. It isn't always glamorous; there is a lot of time spent looking at spreadsheets and talking on the phone to get the best prices for steel or cement. We aren't a massive firm, just a handful of us who know the business and how to get things done. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. Projects usually have some hiccups along the way, that is just normal in this line of work. We don't try to hide that or make excuses. We just fix whatever comes up and keep the project moving forward. The 7th Main area is a good place to be based, even if finding a parking spot for our site vehicles is tough sometimes. We just focus on the day-to-day work and try to keep our clients updated. We’re just local folks working hard to make sure every building we touch stands up strong and does its job.
