Anuradha Projects Private Limited is located over in OMBR Layout. Specifically, we are at number 191 on the Chikka Banaswadi Main Road, near the 7th Cross. It is a decent neighborhood, a bit quieter than the main city center but still gets busy during the rush hours. We handle various project tasks from this office. It’s mostly just us sitting around desks, making phone calls, and checking on how the construction sites are doing. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working in the building industry for quite a while. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. The office is filled with files, rolls of drawings, and maybe some samples of materials we are considering for a project. It feels like a real workplace, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time discussing budgets and timelines because those are the things that usually cause the most stress. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work properly and keep things moving. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get work done on-site, so we spend more time in the office then. It’s just a standard small business vibe here. We know our neighbors and we know the area well. It takes a lot to keep everything running smoothly in this business.
