We started Ano Annapoorna Developers Private Limited at No. 25 on 11th Cross in Vidyagiri Layout. We are right in the Nagarbhavi area of Bangalore. It’s a nice neighborhood and we’ve been here for some time now. Our office is on the 8th main, and it’s where we handle all our development and building projects. We aren't a big, polished firm with a lot of fancy talk. We are just a group of people who know the local area and how to get things built here. A lot of our time is spent dealing with the nuts and bolts of property development—getting the right permits, talking to contractors, and making sure the sites are running okay. It’s a lot of footwork and phone calls. We don't really go in for big advertisements because we stay pretty busy just by doing our job. We like the Vidyagiri Layout community and have made a lot of connections here over the years. Our office is a simple place where we get the work done. We try to keep things honest and plain. If there’s a delay on a project, we say so. If things are going well, we say that too. We aren't trying to be anything other than a reliable local developer. That’s why we’ve stayed in Nagarbhavi at the same spot for so long. It’s home for the business and it's where we work best.
