At Anikethana Food Processing Foundation, we spend our days working with raw ingredients. Our location is over in Kalyananagar, specifically in HRBR Layout, 1st Block. It's a busy part of town. We take stuff in and process it into something people can actually use or cook with. It involves a lot of machinery that needs constant cleaning and oiling. We have a routine that we follow every single day. First, we check the machines, then we start on the batches. It can get a bit loud in the work area but you get used to it. The office is at 3Ccc. We aren't a giant factory, just a focused group trying to do a good job with the processing. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them on the fly. That's life in this industry. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is strictly on the food and the output. It's hard work, standing on your feet a lot. We make sure the storage is kept at the right temperature too. It takes a lot of attention to detail to make sure nothing goes wrong during the processing stages. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It's a straightforward operation here in the layout. We like the area. We have been here for a few years now and know the rhythms.
