Anfield Villas Private Limited is based out of Kalyan Nagar in Bangalore. You can find us at 439, 7B Main, right near the 5th Cross in the 1st Block area. Most days, the office is a bit of a whirlwind with people coming in to talk about plots or building updates. It is not a flashy setup, just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and meetings for the villa projects we manage. The team here has been around for a while, and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. Kalyan Nagar has changed a lot lately, getting busier and more crowded, but we like being part of this local scene. We spend our time looking over blueprints or checking in with contractors to see why things are running late or if the materials arrived on time. There is always someone drinking tea and discussing a site plan in the back room. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they are. Building a house is just a lot of small steps done one after the other. If you walk past our building on 7B Main, you’ll probably see a few of us standing outside talking to drivers or neighbors. We have been working from this spot for some time now, and it feels like a second home to most of the staff. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing to keep the projects moving along.
