Anargha Nirman Private Limited

Anargha Nirman Private Limited is based out of the Ngef Layout in Nagarabhavi. We are right at No 63, up on the 3rd floor of the building on 1st Main and 11th Cross. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then, but the view from the window is alright once you get up there. Bengaluru-Bangalore is a big place, but Nagarabhavi has its own local feel that we’ve grown to like. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighborhood knows us well enough. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the 11th cross gets a bit packed with parked cars, making it hard to find a spot, but we make do. We don't use a lot of big words to describe ourselves because we are just people working in construction and planning. Most of our day is spent on calls or looking at drawings. It’s not a flashy lifestyle. We go out for lunch at the small joints nearby and come back to finish up. Being in the Ngef Layout means we are surrounded by a mix of houses and other small businesses. It feels like a real community. We just try to do our bit and keep the company moving along without any fuss or complicated goals. It’s just work. We spend our time checking plans and talking to folks on the ground. It’s a basic life but it keeps us moving.
