Our place is on Dickenson Road. We are on the 2nd floor of Anjanadri Heights, building number 34/2. This is a busy part of Bangalore, right near the center of things. We make sweets and snacks. It’s a lot of manual work. We have people who have been making these recipes for a long time. It’s not a factory. It feels more like a big kitchen most of the time. The smell of sugar and ghee is always around. We have a lot of regular customers who come by. Dickenson Road is always noisy with traffic and people. We’re used to it by now. The 560042 area is quite old and has a lot of history. Our building is easy enough to find if you know the local landmarks. We don't spend money on fancy websites or big ads. We just make the food and people buy it. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected. That happens when we have a good day. We try to keep things consistent. It’s an LLP, so it’s a partnership. We all put in our fair share of hours. It’s hard to stand on your feet all day, but seeing the trays full of snacks makes it worth the effort. We just want to keep the tradition going without making it too complicated. It's just a bunch of us working hard to keep the shop running well.
