Anaaptyx Estates is based right on Hudin Road in Bangalore. We are in the Yellappa Chetty Layout, occupying a ground floor space at number 24. It’s quite a central location being in the 560042 area. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to deal with elevators, and people can just walk right in off the street. The layout is one of those older Bangalore spots where the roads are a bit narrow and the trees are still standing. Our office is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a cupboard full of old files. We deal with estate matters, mostly looking at land and property details. It gets a bit dusty with the windows open, but we like the fresh air. There’s a lot of competition around here, but we just stick to our own work and ignore the rest. We don’t use any high-tech gadgets or fancy software if we can help it. A good pen and paper usually do the trick for us. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It feels less like a workplace and more like a spot where friends happen to do business together. We keep things transparent and don't use any confusing jargon when we talk to people who come by.
