Our operation is tucked away in the Shre Prakruthi Apartments on Thindlu Main Road. It’s a residential area in Vidyaranyapura, so it stays relatively calm compared to the center of Bangalore. We’ve been running our food and beverage business from this spot for some time now. It’s not a massive factory or anything like that. We use a couple of the units in the building to manage our supplies and get things ready. You can often see our delivery bikes parked out front near the entrance to the apartments. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area, testing out different recipes or packing up orders for the day. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is working at once, but we’ve learned how to stay out of each other's way. The neighbors in Kodigehalli know us well by now. We don't have any fancy signs or big advertisements. Most of what we do comes from people just knowing our name and where to find us. We handle all the prep work ourselves, from cleaning the vegetables to making sure the bottles are sealed tight. It’s a lot of repetitive work, and it can be tiring on the back, but it's what we do. We like the local feel of being in an apartment complex rather than some cold industrial estate. It feels more like a community business where people actually talk to each other.
