We have been working out of this spot on 100 Feet Road for a while now. You can find us right near that R BTM Layout II Stage area in Bangalore South. It's a busy part of town, especially with all the cars and bikes constantly zooming past our front door. We don't have any of those fancy mission statements or big corporate goals. It's just a bunch of us here trying to make briyani every single day for the people who walk in. The kitchen gets really hot by noon, and sometimes the orders come in faster than we can keep up with. You can usually smell the spices from a block away if the wind is blowing the right way. We spend most of our mornings just chopping onions and getting the meat ready. It's a lot of manual work, and our hands are usually stained with turmeric by the end of the shift. The floors are a bit worn out from all the people walking in and out, but we think that gives the place some character. We know the regulars who come in every Tuesday or Friday, and we usually have their order ready before they even sit down. It’s not a perfect system, and sometimes we run out of certain items before the day is over. That’s just how it is when you’re a local shop. We just try to keep things simple and honest here in Bangalore.
