AMBICA CONSTRUCTIONS & CONTRACTORS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. We’re located in the heart of Bengaluru on M.G. Road. Our office is at No. 19/5, on the second floor of Lumbini Apartments. Being on M.G. Road means we’re right in the middle of all the noise and action, which has its pros and cons. The traffic can be a real headache, but it’s nice being so central. Lumbini Apartments is an older building, so it has a bit of character compared to the glass towers you see popping up everywhere. We’re a construction and contracting firm, so our day is mostly filled with coordinating between different sites and managing the labor. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find us huddled over some drawings or on the phone with suppliers. It’s a busy atmosphere. We've been operating out of this office for a while now, and we’ve become quite familiar with the local vendors and other businesses nearby. Most of our work takes us all over the city, but this is the home base where everything gets organized. It’s a bit crowded with all the files and samples of tiles or cement, but it’s a working office. We’re not here to look fancy; we’re just here to make sure the contracts are managed and the buildings get built. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do best in this fast-paced city.
