Ambavtas Properties Private Limited is way up on the 4th floor of number 11 on North Street. We’re in Neelasandra, which is a busy little pocket of Bangalore. Being on the top floor gives us a decent view of the rooftops, even if the climb up can be a bit much if the lift is acting up again. We spend our days dealing with property stuff, which involves a whole lot of chatting with people and checking out different sites across the city. The office is pretty simple, just some desks, a couple of old computers, and a lot of folders. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. It’s just a place for us to meet and figure out the next steps for the houses or land we’re looking at. Neelasandra has its own energy, and we’ve become part of the furniture around here. We know the tea guy down the street and the people in the shops nearby. Most of the time, it’s just quiet work, broken up by the occasional loud argument from the street below. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people we work with. It takes a lot of effort to keep things straight in this business, but we do our best. If you find yourself on North Street, look up and you’ll see where we’re at. It’s just a normal office for normal people. We're here every day.
